The staff were excellent and efficient. the location was wonderful down the valley over trees. It's right by lush greenery, and mountain views. the castle and public transport are also available.

Helpful staff provides a very good service. This place is in a perfectly comfortable and gorgeous location on the castle nearby. It's really close to the valley and outdoor spaces, a forest above Seeheim and conferences or meetings.

The Executive room was spacious and bright, with a clean and modern bed and bathroom featuring a shower and separate bathtub. The toiletries were great and there was plenty of closet space. I was thrilled to find an Illy coffee machine in the room and the black-out curtains were perfect for sleeping in. The breakfast buffet was amazing and ran until 10:30 am on weekends. The complimentary water in the room was a nice touch. The dinner buffet, where kids eat free, was really convenient. The hotel had free covered parking on-site, making parking easy. Our son adored the baby cot with a stuffed animal as a gift. The pool, gym, sauna, and shower rooms were all clean and well-stocked with towels and water. The campus itself was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of room and everything neatly wrapped in plastic wrap. The fresh orange juice, made-to-order omelettes, and variety of meats and cheeses were fantastic. The room was spacious, well air-conditioned, and hygienic. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was breathtaking and serene, surrounded by stunning woodlands. Having a restaurant and bar on the premises, as well as an indoor pool, made our stay complete. The cleanliness of the hotel and efficient shuttle service to the airport were impressive. The food was tasty with a great selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a mind-blowing stay.
